Bobby Valassis, Esq. brings nearly two decades of experience in family law analysis and mediation services to the practice. He has served as a clerk for several Superior Court Judges in both Stamford and Danbury, proofreading and contributing to family law decisions that affect divorced couples (and soon-to-be married couples). This role has allowed Bobby to observe firsthand the legal analysis Family Judges employ when issuing court orders. Bobby has also examined hundreds of separation agreements to ensure they meet Connecticut's legal standards for enforceability. Moreover, he has guided numerous self-represented individuals and court patrons through the intricacies of court procedure, clarifying their rights and responsibilities by explaining court concepts in simple terms and assisting in the preparation of court forms. Bobby's extensive legal background has prepared him to provide dedicated prenuptial agreement services, divorce mediation services & domestic relations legal services with an emphasis on professionalism, thoroughness, and confidentiality.
